Wedding night
Sunday, October 29, 2006

Sifus wedding night was a wonderful night. It began with a 3 o'clock meeting at Yaolin where we had to pack all the stuff and leave for the performance.

We arrived there and it was a large place with heaps of grape vines. Very neat and professional looking. The reception and tea ceramony was held outside under some vines. The weather was perfect and it seemed like everything was perfect....except for the flies. There were so many flies, which made drumming and cymbol playing hard. The dance was very good and the only minor stuff ups were Sean falling out of the lion after the roll, and James's pause in the chat chit when a fly flew into his eye. After the dance, most of the yaolin boys returned to James's house to take a shower and most got changed at the venue. Everyone slowly made their way inside where all the tables were set up neatly with wine bottles, name tags, and candles. Most of the people got put together but only Jason had to go to some random table....but soon was able to move back to the yaolin table. Most of the speeches were pretty funny and after the speeches, Sifu and Leanne made their way around the tables to Yum Sing...and of course when it reached the Yaolin table, it was the loudest and craziest. Everyone in Yaolin kept going around to different tables and getting people to skull their drinks.

Eventually, most people were drunk and tipsy. Andy was very energetic, Jason was a jokester. James was crazy as usual much like phil, darren, ricky and Choung. Sifu was really drunk though. Just before I had to leave to go home, I walked to Charles car to get my bag. On the way, heaps of people were around Sifu and he was vomitting heaps...and i thought to myself..."Probably the first and only time I will ever see sifu that drunk"...heheh.
All in all, it was a great night and congrats to Sifu and Leanne and best of luck for the future.

Guess what!!! I passed my driving test today!!! Yeah...i feel hell proud. I beat Jason, Choung, Zee and most other people in my year at school. Yeah

After the game there was nearly a fight until one of our team members brothers and friends came and so the other team left cos they were gonna get bashed....if that made any sense. hahah just our typical indoor soccer team.

The Untouchables
Saturday, October 14, 2006

Yes...it is a crap name. But don't blame me. Its is our indoor soccer team name, and we play at Morley rec on Wednesday nights in the second division against men.

Our team is currently somewhere around 3rd or 4th on the ladder and we have been on quite a winning streak lately. We did pretty crap in the preseason competition which was to split the teams up into divisions, and thats why we are in the lower division. James's friends also have a team in the first division called Mian United and they are about 2nd on their ladder.

Our team consists of 7 players and an extra couple of people who sometimes play when numbers are low. We are all 16 years of age and playing againsts adults is pretty hard because they are so big and just push us around alot. So far, we have played about 7 games including preseason and according to my calculations, we have started fights about 14 times. Most of the guys in my team are stoners anyway and think they are all tough starting fights with adults. Out of everyone in the team, about 3 of the guys (including me) are not stoners. They come to the game off their heads and after telling them so many times not to come off their heads, they still do it. Well, they still play good because it wears off after a while.

Yeh I had nothing else to write about so there you go...thats our indoor soccer team. We play on wednesday nights so come watch if you want!

Holidays
Thursday, October 12, 2006

It has felt so good these past 2 weeks. No school, and I can finally sit back and relax...until tuesday...cos we go back to school on tuesday and then I got 4 weeks left of school. Dammit...and then another 2 weeks of exams. But then after that are holidays....YAY! and I finally don't have to worry about homework or school work for a couple of months....I can't wait.
I've been pretty slack these holidays. I should've been doing more work than i should've so I don't have to cram. Still gotta do a physics assignment and homework from each subject....oh well...and yeh....as you can see, I changed my blog name to BentaTranKlan. Its my gang now and it makes me hardcore cos i am now a gangleader.

Untouchables (my indoor soccer team name...I didn't make the name) played last night against the Dolminios. I played pretty crap compared to usual but at least i scored a goal...on my right foot! Yeh, anyway...we played pretty well in the first half. The score was 4-1 and we were leading. In the second half, our team started to slack off and the Dolminios started scoring fluky goals. The final score was 4-3 and we ended up winning luckily. Last week we played Sith Happens. It was a very close match and just after half time, one of our guys got send off so we were playing with 4 on the field, including the keeper compared to the usual 5. Having 4 on the fields probably shifted our gear because everyone stepped up their game. The score was 3 all and there was 1 minute to go. I go the ball and dribbled past 2 players and shot, just outside the D and the keeper hit it out to the right. My follow through went right through the D and the other team were complaining to the ref...I ran after the ball and on a tight angle towards the goal, and not realising the time left on the clock, I shot the ball and got it in with 3 seconds to spare...I was so exhausted after that match but it was worth it. Now the untouchables are about 4th on the ladder out of the 12 or so teams which is pretty good, considering that our team are 16 year olds and we play in an adult league.

Premiership going to WA
Saturday, September 30, 2006

First thing....GO THE EAGLES! for winning the grand final in a cliff hanger.
Yeh...on thursday my the year 11 physics classes went to adventure world....and it was awesome. Our school was the "rebel" school and caused havoc everywhere. First was the go-karts. We all went as a group (about 10 of us guys) and we waited in line for around 30 minutes...during that 30 minutes most of the guys caused so much chaos...yelling at everyone who wore eagles jumpers and pushing in line. When we reached the front of the line, we all got in the go-karts and started driving. The main rules were...no bumping and no rev-ing the engine to high....and as soon as we started all the rules were broken. hahaha...the lady kept on slowing our karts down and kept on yelling at the group...at least 5 carts go stuck in the walls and so many bumping...more bumping than bumpercars. The rampage was fun and all the water rides were also fun.

Friday was the last day of school for the term and friday afternoon felt the best...all i wanted to do was lie down and not worry about school work for a while. I watched the Before the Game special and that cracked me up....so many funny things such as the saying..."At least eagles have big Cox." hahahahah

I watched the grand final from work and it was a thriller and i can admit, that was the best grand final i have ever seen. I was hoping for a draw so that they can play next week as well but at least eagles won....by a tiny bit....i listened to first half of the last quarter to the radio and roy and HG were commentating....very crap commentating but some funny sections...like everytime beau waters got the ball they would shout out..."Beau the tire power Pro" hehehehe. It was a magnificant game and I was over the moon with the result. Now we all have to wait until next year for more football...but at least the cricket season is under way which will keep me entertained at work....YAY

Eagles for 2006
Sunday, September 03, 2006

Eagles game was hell good this weekend and Quinten Lynch is in top form.
Mark LeCras was really good booting 5 goals and I can sense that 2006 is Eagles year.
I hope that Fremantle make it to the grand final so we can have another huge derby...this time for the premiership. That would be really good
